30-Day Return Policy

At Sobek Leather, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted leather products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your item, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Custom or personalized products are  not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process
1. Contact Us: Please email our support team at sobekleathercompany@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it back to us using the return label provided.

Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
