Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

At Sobek Leather, each piece is handcrafted from rare and ethically sourced materials. Because of the unique nature of our work, we do not accept returns — except in rare circumstances.


Exchanges & Store Credit

We gladly offer exchanges or store credit under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery

Products must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

Custom and made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange or store credit

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

To begin an exchange or store credit request, email us at sobekleathercompany@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email: sobekleathercompany@gmail.com


Rare Exceptions

In rare cases, we may approve a return. These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. If approved, you may be eligible for a refund, store credit, or replacement.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund

Original shipping charges are non-refundable


Custom Orders

Custom and made-to-order pieces require 4–6 weeks of processing time. These are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
